Our Policy
ARRIVAL:
➤ Reception service from 10:00 to 18:00.
➤ Check-in: from 16:00.
➤ Early Check-in: by consulting availability, there would be no problem and free of charge.
➤ Check-out: until 11:00.
PAYMENT:
➤ STANDARD RATE. A charge of 100% of your reservation will be made upon arrival, if it is within reception hours.
If you are arriving outside reception opening hours, please contact us in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
➤ STANDARD RATE :
➤ Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your arrival, will not incur any charges.
➤ Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of your reservation against the credit/debit card used as a guarantee of the reservation.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
➤ Will incur 100% charge of the total of your reservation against the credit/debit card used as a guarantee of the reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY:
➤ Children under 4 years of age are not charged for their stay. Adults are considered to be all those 5 years of age and older.
PARTIES/EVENTS POLICY:
➤ No bachelor parties or similar parties may be held at this accommodation.
